Fast: The electric vulcanized heating surface on the underside of the plate combined with the three particularly quiet (Text fehlt im Original) produce a super-fast heating time: 4 mins 30 secs for 200°.

Exact and constant: The electronic temperature control caters for a uniform, constant temperature over the entire plate. No matter where the food is placed on the plate the conditions are the same everywhere. Even when the plate is full there is only a very slight drop in overall temperature.

Energy-saving: Thanks to the short heating-up period and the stable temperature there are no losses of energy through cooling and re-heating. Even when the plate is fully loaded the overall temperature sinks only very slightly thanks to the efficient, electronically controlled surface heating – even temperature variations of as little as 0.5° are recognized and corrected immediately.

Convenient and easy to use: Three pre-set temperatures (135°, 150° and 175° C), an infinitely variable control (settings up to 230°C), and a lock control to make sure that the temperature setting is not altered by accident while cleaning guarantee very simple and safe use. An excess temperature limiter guarantees your safety. The plate is easy to clean and can, if necessary, be substituted.

Good for grilled food: The plate has a RESOFLAN non-stick coating for health-conscious, fat and energy-saving grilling. Thanks to the super-fast temperature control, loss of water and protein out of the food to be grilled can be avoided completely. Thus the meat remains succulent and does not lose weight.
