Control Thermostat
The cold/hot plate has an electronic control with a plastic foil keyboard display for temperature touch control, adjustable from 2°C – 140°C.
(Pushbuttons: Heat/Cool, On/Off, 2 buttons for setting the temperature.)

Heating
The cold/hot plate is a hard anodised aluminium plate heated with a vulcanized heating surface with a performance of 700 Watt.

Cooling
The hard anodised aluminium plate is equipped with a cooling channel  through which the coolant flows and which can be exactly controlled with the help of a magnetic valve.

You can, as required, COOL or HEAT your buffet landscape by simply pressing the Cool/Heat buttons. For example:
Breakfast: 8 plates COLD, 2 WARM
Lunch: 8 plates HOT
Evening: 5 plates COLD, 5 plates HOT
